ILACP partners with FrontlineCo to strengthen marketing and outreach

The Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police announced a new partnership with FrontlineCo, a Springfield public relations/association management firm, beginning on Aug. 1.

ILACP Executive Director Ed Wojcicki said that FrontlineCo was selected from a competitive pool of agencies considered to improve the association’s internal and external communications and better serve its 1200 members.

“The FrontlineCo team impressed me with its passion for law enforcement and with its experience in working with nonprofits, its ability to communicate about legislative issues, and with “deep bench” that will allow us to operate more creatively in a digital and video world,” Wojcicki said. “I expect FrontlineCo to bring a fresh, forward-thinking perspective to ILACP’s internal and external communications.”

FrontlineCo Marketing Specialist, Amy Rourke Jones will serve as Director of Communications for ILACP. Jones has eight years of professional experience and most recently served as Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications at Illinois College.

“ILACP represents some of our state’s leading experts in law enforcement — those who police our streets daily to keep Illinois communities safe,” Jones said. “I am honored to help tell their stories and bring attention to the excellent work being done by ILACP.”

A team of marketing and operational experts, graphic designers and event managers from FrontlineCo will assist in developing a strategic communications and marketing plan for ILACP to highlight the value of law enforcement throughout the state.
