About Nancy Donahoe
Assistant States Attorney Nancy Donahoe is currently Chief of the Criminal Bureau of the DuPage County States Attorney’s Office. Prior to that, Nancy served as Special Counsel to the Cook County Sheriff’s Office. Nancy was an Assistant States Attorney with the Cook County States Attorney’s Office from 1986 through 2009. Nancy has previously held the position of Adjunct Faculty member at the DePaul University School of Law and has taught at the National College of District Attorneys, the Illinois Prosecutors Bar Association, the Association of Government Attorneys in Capital Litigation, the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, the Chicago Police Department and the Cook County Sheriff’s Training Academy. Nancy received a BA from Michigan State University and her JD from IIT Chicago Kent College of Law.
